Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Products that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration cannot be returned.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items marked as non-returnable

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • Processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items. For a different size or color, please return your item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Return Shipping

  • The item arrived damaged or defective.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.
